Discourse analysis is one of the sciences used to achieve this sacred goal. In analyzing the discourse of the Qur'an, evaluating the different levels of the text yields a new and deep understanding of it, and the interactions of language with social-intellectual structures are analyzed. The current research aims to explore the forms of representation of "The Other" social agents in Surah Towba using a descriptive-analytical method and applying the socio-semantic model of van Leeuwen (2008). This surah is replete with the presence of "the others" who are introduced in the form of polytheists, hypocrites, and infidels. The research resultsshow that in this surah, the social agent "the other" is represented more by the forms of inclusion than by the forms of exclusion. This discourse function is directly related to the central message of Surah Towba; in this way, in this surah, Muslims are referred to the important issue of Tawallī and Tabarra, and their thoughts and actions are trimmed from various suspicions of disbelief and hypocrisy, and they are warned against profit-seeking and expedient Islam. Therefore, to realize this message, it is necessary to use all forms of inclusion to determine the identity of "the other" social agents, rather than hiding and removing them. امروزه، بررسی قرآن به‌ صورت روشمند مورد استقبال بسیاری از مفسران و قرآن‌پژوهان قرار گرفته ‌است. از جملۀ علومی که در راستای دست‌یابی به این هدف مقدس به کار گرفته می‌شود، تحلیل گفتمان است. در تحلیل گفتمان قرآن، با ارزیابی سطوح گوناگون متن قرآن، امکان دست‌یابی به برداشتی جدید و عمیق از آن فراهم می‌شود و تعاملات زبان با ساختارهای فکری ـ اجتماعی تحلیل می‌شوند. پژوهش حاضر در تلاش است تا با تکیه ‌بر روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و با استناد به الگوی جامعه‌شناختی ـ معنایی وَن لیوون (2008م) صورت‌های بازنمایی کارگزاران اجتماعیِ «دیگری» در سورة توبه را بررسی کند. این سوره گزارشی فشرده از حضور «دیگری» است که در قالب مشرکان، منافقان و کفار معرفی شده‌ است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد در این سوره کارگزار اجتماعیِ «دیگری» بیشتر به ‌واسطة صورت‌های اظهار بازنمایی شده ‌است تا صورت‌های حذف. این کارکرد گفتمانی ارتباطی مستقیم با پیام اصلی سورة توبه دارد؛ به این ترتیب که در این سوره مسلمانان به مسئلة مهم تولّا و تبرّا ارجاع داده شده و اندیشه و عمل آنان از شائبه‌های گوناگون کفر و نفاق پیرایش گشته و از اسلامِ سودجویانه و مصلحت‌طلبانه برحذر داده شده‌اند؛ بنابراین، برای تحقق این پیام لازم است از تمامی صورت‌های اظهار برای تعیین هویت کارگزاران اجتماعی «دیگری» استفاده شود تا پنهان‌سازی و حذف آنها. https://nrgs.ui.ac.ir/article_29489_265827b1837b9da78c5a8bb66213dd7b.pdf
