Considering the importance of ethics in human growth and perfection, these verses, in the form of moral messages, are highly applicable. Therefore, it is important to use content-oriented and interpretive translations to convey the messages of these verses more accurately. Mohammad Reza Safavi's translation is an example of such translations. In this research, the quality of Safavi's translation of moral verses was analyzed using a descriptive-analytical method and based on Andrew Chesterman's relation norm. Chesterman considers studies of translation as a norm-based scientific field. He introduced the notion of 'relation norm' as part of his norm theory to express the relationship between the source language and the target language, and described it by proposing strategies at three syntactic, semantic, and pragmatic levels. The results of this study show that in the translation of moral verses and at the syntactic level, Safavi has used literal, transposition, unit shift, and loan translation strategies more frequently. At the semantic level, hyponymy has been employed more often, and at the pragmatic level, he has used the strategies of explicitation and information change to explain the implicit aspects of the verses. By using syntactic, semantic, and pragmatic strategies, he has taken into account the morphological, syntactic, semantic, and interpretive points of the verses according to the standard Persian language, and the relation norm. Thus, his translation of moral verses enjoys a very high quality. شمار آیات اخلاقی که فضائل و رذائل اخلاقی را بیان می‌کنند، در قرآن کریم بسیار است. با توجه به اهمیت اخلاق در رشد و کمال انسان، این آیات در قالب پیام‌های اخلاقی بیشترین کاربرد را دارند؛ از این رو، لازم است از ترجمه‌های محتوایی و تفسیری همراه این آیات استفاده شود تا پیام اخلاقی آیات دقیق‌تر منتقل شود. ترجمة صفوی نمونه‏ای از ترجمة محتوایی و تفسیری است که می‌توان آن را همراه این آیات به ‌کار برد. در این پژوهش، کیفیت ترجمة صفوی از آیات اخلاقی به روش توصیفی - تحلیلی بر اساس نظریۀ هنجار رابطه‌ای اَندرو چسترمن نقد و بررسی شد. چسترمن مطالعات ترجمه را علمی هنجارگرا به معنای توصیفی کلمه میداند. او برای بیان ارتباط میان زبان مبدأ و مقصد از هنجار رابطه‌ای بهره برده است و با طرح راهبردهایی در سه سطح نحوی، معنایی و منظورشناختی آن را شرح داده است؛ در نتیجه، صفوی در ترجمۀ آیات اخلاقی در سطح نحوی بیشتر از راهبردهای تحت‌اللفظی، تغییر مقولۀ دستوری، تبدیل واحد و وام‌گیری، در سطح معنایی بیشتر از راهبرد هم‌شمولی و در سطح منظورشناختی برای توضیح آیات و بیان جمله‏های محذوف و مقدّر از راهبردهای تغییر میزان صراحت و تغییر اطلاعات استفاده ‌کرده است. او به واسطة کاربرد راهبردهای نحوی، معنایی و منظورشناختی، نکات صرفی، نحوی، معنایی و تفسیری آیات را مطابق زبان معیار فارسی ترجمه و هنجار رابطه‌ای را لحاظ کرده ‌است؛ از این رو، ترجمة او از آیات اخلاقی کیفیت بسیار خوبی دارد. https://nrgs.ui.ac.ir/article_29039_438db439e2c3538e8dd70e17f01f4ad0.pdf
